Can I buy a single item?
Yes. Retail purchases are handled through our Etsy shop and Amazon store. This website is for wholesale, museum and corporate enquiries.
Why are wholesale prices not shown?
Wholesale and suggested retail prices are sent by email with the catalogue, because pricing depends on quantity, packaging and destination.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per product, from 6 to 50 pieces, and is listed on every product page. Different products can be combined in one order.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are quoted per item. Email sum@seoulfulvintage.com with the SKUs you would like to review.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Logo hang tags, message cards, stickers, branded sleeves and bojagi wrapping are available on most items.
Are the products handmade?
Some are traditional crafts made by hand, others are manufactured products designed around traditional motifs. Each product page states which applies.
Is everything ready for sale in the EU?
EU sale readiness is recorded per product and may be Available, Available upon request, In preparation, Under review, To be confirmed or Not applicable. We do not claim certification we cannot document.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are packed and despatched from Seoul, Republic of Korea.
